Our proven approach and demonstrated success in assisting people with health conditions (particularly through our large Pathways to Work programme in the UK which assisted almost 100,000 people), resulted in the Federal Social Insurance office BSV awarding us a pilot programme to assist people on incapacity benefits to return to work in Zurich.
Only a few months later, the Canton of Vaud in Lausanne engaged us to work with people who are long-term unemployed – both on the minimum and higher levels of social insurance benefit – to provide them with the skills resources and motivation to return to work.
