Ingeus is a company founded on helping people to realise their potential. Our story begins with a man who suffered a crippling injury. The prognosis for him was a short and difficult life. Refusing to be overcome, he worked his way through tertiary study and practised his profession until retirement at age 65. That man was my father. His courage, determination and will to work taught me that work really matters to people. Often, all they need is simple resources and encouragement to discover their own unique strengths, and to use them to overcome the obstacles in their lives.
This is the fundamental principle and working philosophy that binds the Ingeus group of companies together and which has seen it grow from a sole provider of rehabilitation services to an international employment services provider.
